Iguze Tag ("we", "us", "our") makes NFC and QR tap-to-review cards for service businesses across Kenya. This page explains what information we collect when you order a card or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill in the order form or the review submission form on this site, we collect:

• Your full name and phone number
• Your business name and the review platform / link you want your card to point to
• A logo image, if you choose to upload one
• If you leave us a review: your name, business name, city/town, your rating, and your written feedback
• Your email address, if you sign up for updates via the newsletter field

We don't ask for payment details through this website — payment is arranged directly with you over WhatsApp once your design is confirmed.

How we use it

• To design, print, and program your review card correctly (your name, business, and review link)
• To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order, design, and delivery
• To deliver your card to the address or location you provide us during that conversation
• To feature your review on this website or our social media, with your name and business name, if you submit one through the review form
• To send occasional updates, if you've opted into the newsletter

Where it's stored

Order and review details you submit are stored securely in our database (Supabase) and are only accessible to the Iguze Tag team. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.

Your choices

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing iguzestore6@gmail.com. If you'd rather not have a submitted review featured publicly, let us know and we'll take it down.
